Hi! I'm Maddie. I live in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in central-ish Colorado. I love my community of Cotopaxi and enjoy making sourdough loaves for my neighbors, my children's educators, community leaders and for welcomed visitors to our area. For years I have been making sourdough bread for family, friends and as gifts for special occasions. As a disappoint to many, I had refused to sell my bread in an attempt to preserve its novelty and ensure time and attention can be set aside to focus on creating the best tasting, most beautiful loaf. With the company of loved ones, my chickens and my bees, I am finally satisfied with the product I can put out and have made the decision to start to bring some of my bread to your table.
