Hi! I'm Maddie. I live in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in central-ish Colorado. I love my community of Cotopaxi and enjoy making sourdough loaves for my neighbors, my children's educators, community leaders and for welcomed visitors to our area. For years I have been making sourdough bread for family, friends and as gifts for special occasions. With the support of my husband, my two kids, my chickens, my ducks, and my snake (I think?
